Texas Society of Association Executives
In the spring of 2010, a landmark study on association membership was conducted. Over 400 associations participated in the survey and shared their membership practices and their opinion on what works best for each stage of the membership lifecycle. Join Jim Doyle as he delves into the study results. Gain further insight into the tactics and strategies that other associations use to recruit members, engage new members, renew existing members, and reinstate former members. Explore what tactics correlate with higher new member input, better renewal rates, and overall membership growth. Erik will show you how these results apply to your association and how you can use them to increase your membership development efforts.
Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.
